With a combination of modern CNC technology and routers through to traditional hydraulic copy lathes, we operate a fast turnaround on all types of wood products, ensuring each item is manufactured with precision and accuracy.

Bespoke Manufacturing

Whether it is replicating an existing design or devoloping a new one, our SME customers often come to us for our flexibility and fast turnaround.

CNC Routering

Modern routering technology means that we can rebate, scroll and engrave precision routered panel products, including signs, theatrical props, panels, doors and screens.

Highly technical items created requiring pin point precision and repeatability are made in a variety of materials including solid timbers, laminated board, veneered board and MDF.

Finishing

All of our products are hand-sanded and can be supplied stained, lacquered or polished. Our in-house finishing and spraying facilities enable products to be finished to a standard specification or using a full colour matching service.
